How do I make APPOINTMENTS?
Appointments should be arranged during office hours by coming in or phoning 5561 2077.
Some appointments are kept open each day for urgent problems. We recommend phoning early in the day to secure on-the-day appointments.
Or you can book via the HOTDOC app.
Please Note. If you fail to attend an appointment without notifying the clinic, you will incur a $40 for a basic appointment and $80 for a longer appointment.
What if i need attention AFTER HOURS?
For all emergencies dial 000.
If you require medical attention after hours please ring (03) 5561 2077 to make arrangements to see a doctor. All after hours consultations are billed privately.
The clinic is open Saturday mornings for on the day appointments from 9am - 12pm. After midday on Saturday, we combine with Hopkins Medical Clinic to provide after hours services.

We are committed to providing our patients with the best care. To do this, it is essential that your health record contains complete and accurate information. Please assist us by completing your new patient record form and freedom of information form online.

What PARKING is available at the clinic?
We are located at 196a Liebig Street Warrnambool, on the corner of Liebig Street and Raglan Parade.
Disabled parking is available at the rear of the building. access via Darling Street, off Raglan Parade. Wheelchair access is available via the carpark. There is free 2 hour car parks on Liebig Street at the front of the building.
Why have PRICES increased?
The Medicare rebate amount set by the government is currently insufficient to cover
the costs of providing quality medical care.
In line with many other private general practice clinics, we will have to implement a change to our fee structure, with increasing fees for service from 1st September 2022.
